Physical copy of Empirical’s 2009 album Out ‘n’ In released on Naim records. NAIMCD139
Paying homage to the late multi instrumentalist Eric Dolphy, this album was the first to bring Vibraphonist Lewis Wright into the band. Building on the success of 2008 which included winning the prodigious Peter Whittingham award, Out ‘n’ In went on to critical acclaim, playing a part in Empirical being named Best Jazz Act at the 2010 MOBO awards.
